Decided to get a little bit  brave with  our Sunday  roast today! We usually stick to our tried and tested roast chicken recipe  (which gives amazing juices to make our  roast potatoes with) but wanted to try something new. Thyme, red wine and red onions were thrown in today to see what sorta flavours they give to our roast. Busy praying here that it tastes good or else I'll be in a world of trouble with Natasha for wasting a glass of wine! Smells good so far 🙂
