Have just finished a really great audiobook and am going to pop straight onto Amazon to buy a physical copy of it for myself!

I try to read at least 30 mins a day and have found that audiobooks are a great way of bumping this up even more. While stuck in the car I much prefer to listen to something I want as opposed to some of the crap on the radio!

I’ll be out with the highlighter and taking notes when this book arrives, I might even grab an extra copy or 2 to throw in the gym in case someone wants one.

The book is called The Perfect Day Formula by Craig Ballyantyne as is just wedged full of amazing info. I’m not going to give a book review here (plenty of those online) but I am going to share with you one of Craig’s really important tips.

He calls it the 10-3-2-1-0 formula.

This system helps you get to bed on time and wake up the next morning well rested and ready for the day.

10 hours before bed – No more caffeine

3 hours before bed – no more food or alcohol

2 hours before bed – no more work

1 hour before bed – no more screen time (turn off phones, tvs and laptops)

0 – The number of times you will hit the snooze button in the morning

 

Good simple, practical and memorable advice.

Try to implement this into your life and notice the changes it can make
