I have a real love/hate relationship with barbell complexes!
I love how effective they are and how much work they fit in in such a short amount of time.
I hate them because they are so hard! 3-4 rounds of a complex and you can be left curled into a ball on the floor hoping that someone will just drag you home!
Go light on these if you want to use them as a warm up or add a bit of weight and use them as a finisher.
Either way you get plenty of reps in and raise the heart rate!
