Give this a try!

One of my go to mobility movements when looking to relieve tightness in the chest, hamstrings and the entire back area.

Takes a little bit of coordination but grab your brush and give it a try!

A great way at exposing where you have stiffness and 6-8 times each side and you'll notice an improvement
