Well these band pull aparts can be a great exercise to add in to help address that issue.

By eliminating the tightness in the chest and bicep area, and adding in upper back work like these pull aparts, we can start to address some of the issues regarding poor posture.

We usually use these here as a warm up or as one of our exercises in class to help balance out the body.
