Back at the gym one week now and the new set up is excellent.👏👏 I feel 100% safe with the smaller group size and... layout, but still feel part of the larger group because of the flexibility of class & open gym times, while effectively having the benefit of one on one personal training. Adam takes a holistic approach, he explains, demonstrates and checks I'm doing every exercise correctly. I feel fully supported and encouraged...and even get a few laughs in.
