Movement Monday (Deep Squat)

So one of my favourite ways to work on improving squat depth is to hang out in that bottom position and slightly force your body into the desire position. Drop down into this deep position and try to accumulate between 3-5 minutes each day and watch the quick improvement in your squat depth!!! 5 minutes in a deep position with the chest up and pushing the knees out (no resting elbow on your knees) is a long time!
