Strength Class – Our Semi Private Class
With a limited number of spaces (only six) this group works on building strength, improving muscle tone and is designed for those who enjoy pushing themselves harder.
Our programming is built around heavy compound movements and focuses on deadlifting, squatting, bench press and chin ups at its core. We build other exercises around these depending on the phase we are at.
With the smaller numbers in this group we can really work on technique and tailoring each lift to the individual and work on specific needs.
With a mix of 3 girls and 3 guys we have hit a nice balance in this class where everyone pushes and encourages eachother to to better
