What is Unlimited Fitness

 

Here at Unlimited Fitness, we ONLY work with parents and busy professionals. The reason for this is simple, WE GET IT!

We get what it is like to have to come home after a stressful day at work and have to cook for the whole family. We get that most days, you struggle to find the energy to do the things YOU want to do.

We try to create a fun, enjoyable yet challenging workout atmosphere where exercise becomes a regular part of your life and you don’t dread having to workout. With a great group of people we have managed to find that balance of having fun, a bit of a laugh but still getting a good tough session in which leaves you feeling great afterwards.

Who We Help?

 

We work primarily with women over the age of 30 where aren’t comfortable in a regular gym.

Most of our ladies have tried gyms in the past and were left frustrated or left feeling clueless about what to do and how to get results.

We don’t train muscle bound guys or young ones only interested in taking gym selfies!

We are here for ladies who are frustrated and uncomfortable is regular gyms and are looking for a private studio where there are surrounded by like-minded and supportive women

 

How We Do It?

 

We specialise in Small Group Personal Training.

The is our exclusive offering here in our private, members-only, studio that gives you all the benefits of 1 to 1 Personal Training but at a fraction of the cost.

We offer a full coaching system which guarantees to get you the results you have always looked for. This isn’t just a run of the mill bootcamp that focuses on beating you to the ground. Training personalised to you as well as our nutrition, accountability and nutrition gives you much more than just a simple 1 on 1 PT class will.

Our small groups (6-7 max) ensure you get all the attention you need to ensure you don’t injure yourself and our programme is uniquely designed to help ladies tone up and burn fat, all while having fun in a community of like mided ladies

Our biggest complaint we hear everyday from people is how much they hate the gym. The treadmills, cross-trainer and machines make the gym boring and more like a chore than an enjoyable activity. One of our main principles here to to make exercise fun, enjoyable and something you look forward to. All our clients here work hard but have fun while doing so.
