This is our exclusive offering here in our private, members-only, studio that gives you all the benefits of 1 to 1 Personal Training but at a fraction of the cost.
We offer a full coaching system that guarantees to get you the results you have always looked for.
This isn’t just a run of the mill bootcamp that focuses on beating you to the ground. Training personalised to you, as well as our nutrition, accountability and nutrition, gives you much more than just a simple 1 on 1 PT class will.
Our small groups ensure you get all the attention you need to ensure you don’t injure yourself and our program is uniquely designed to help ladies tone up and burn fat, all while having fun in a community of like-minded ladies.

Mum & Baby Program

Come join our Mum and Baby Program where we help you tone up and rebuild your core, while having fun with a supportive group of like-minded women.
Our private studio has been designed to provide you the safest training environment (where you bring your baby along) while still getting you the results you want.
Our 6 week program which will run on Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am here in Oranmore
On this 6 week program you will be training in a comfortable environment, with women the same as you, and getting both mental and physical benefits.
New mums can feel quite isolated, so having a social group that will benefit you physically and mentally, is vitally important.
