Let me share a conversation I had with one of our members here this week, one that has popped up quite a bit recently.
She was worried about undoing all her hard work at the gym during her upcoming weekend getaways.
She has put in great work over the last few months and the next few weekends happen to be filled with social occasions.
And hereโs the three-step plan that she's going to follow, and you can use it too!

1 - Lower her calories during the week.
We're not gonna go mad here and go super low.
Just a reduction in her normal calories to give us excess calories to play around with at the weekend.
We'll drop them a bit from Monday to Friday and that gives us wiggle room then for the weekend without having to worry or count calories.

2 - Start the weekend high in protein.
Not only will this keep her calories low but also keep her fuller for longer.
This allows a bit more room for those higher-calorie choices in the evening

3 - Enjoy yourself!
Life is short.
Enjoy the good times,
Find balance in your life and dont be afraid to indudgle too and enjoy the occasions in life.
We train and eat well to improve our lives, not to make it miserable and a struggle.
Enjoy those weekends away and all it brings.
