Can I Eat Cake?

Recently I had a conversation with one of our members about it being her birthday. She was wondering because she has being training so well recently should she have cake on her birthday

I told her to celebrate your birthday guilt-free!

Now, we're not suggesting that you throw your healthy habits out the window and go on an all-out sugar spree for a week.
